Megami-ryo no Ryoko-kun Anime Premiere Details Revealed
The anime adaptation of Ikumi Hino’s manga will premiere on July 14 with an edited version while AT-X will air the unedited version. Shunsuke Nakashige will direct the anime with Masashi Suzuki handling series scripts.

High Card Multimedia Project Announced
Kadokawa, TMS Entertainment and Sammy Corporation have announced the High Card project, a poker themed project which will involve an anime, manga and novels.

Fena: Pirate Princess Anime Trailer
An English-dubbed version will air on the Toonami block of Adult Swim while the subtitled version will stream on Crunchyroll. It is set to release this summer. Kazuto Nakazawa is directing the anime and is credited with the story with Production I.G. handling the animation. Asako Kuboyama is the screenplay’s writer.

CLAMP’s Grimm’s Fairy Tales Announced
Netflix has commissioned CLAMP to produce an anime series based on Grimm’s Fairy Tales with Wit Studio in charge of animation. Michiko Yokote has been announced as scriptwriter. The anime will supposedly have a “modern twist” on the Fairy Tales concept as well as elements of horror and suspense.

Lord of the Rings Anime Film Announced
The Lord of the Rings: The War of the Rohirrim film has been announced and will be directed by Kenji Kamiyama. Warner Brothers and New Line Cinema are producing the film while Sola Entertainment is handling animation.
