Sui Ishida Announces New Series
Tokyo Ghoul‘s Sui Ishida has announced he is working on a new manga titled Choujin X, the first issue of which was published on May 10th in Shonen Jump. Ishida reveals he intends to publish the manga at his own pace.
The teaser reads “The latest from Sui Ishida! Sometimes to fight a monster, you must become one!”

Golgo 13 Spin-Off Announced
Takao Saito’s Golgo 13 manga is getting a spin-off centered on a trusted helper of Duke Togo who “makes his impossible shots possible”. The manga will launch on July 17.

Namori Celebrates the 15th Anniversary of her Career
Artist Namori (YuruYuri) is holding an exhibition to celebrate the 15th anniversary of her artist career. The exhibition will feature original illustrations from YuruYuri and Ohmuroke as well as newly drawn art graphs. Key art advertising the event can be seen below:

New Series Announcements
- Evil Heroes: Yasunori Mitsunaga (Princess Resurrection) and Yoshimitsu Iruka are launching the series on May 27th with Mitsunaga writing the story and Iruka drawing.
- Spicy Days!: Sagu Aoyama (Ro-Kyu-Bu!) is launching the new series in June and will handle the story while Kintsuba draws.
- The Vampire With an Unbalanced Diet Hates Human Blood: Ayumi Komura launched the Henshoku Kyuketsuki wa Hito no Chi ga Kirai manga on May 15th. The story centers on a manga creator who meets a Vampire in the forest who hesitates to drink her blood because he feels pleasure.

- I Want to Hold Aono-kun so Badly I Could Die: Umi Shiina’s manga has entered its final arc (Which began in the manga’s 8th volume).
- Smile Down the Runway: Kotoba Inoya’s manga series will end in its 22nd volume on August 17th.
- Soloist in a Cage: Shiro Moriya’s manga ended with its 17th chapter on May 24th.
- Sword Art Online: Alicization Lycoris: Tomo Hirokawa’s manga adaptation of the game of the same name has ended and the 3rd volume will ship on July 27th.
- Sword Art Online: Project Alicization: Kotaro Yamada’s manga will end on June 11 with chapter 30.
- Tableau Gate: Rika Suzuki’s manga will end in its 26th volume.
