Shonen Jump’s New Publication Format
VIZ’s English version of Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump will now offer free chapters of manga the same day that they are released in Japanese; this began on December 17 of last year. The new membership plan offers more than 10 000 manga chapters at a rate of US$1.99. The previous subscription plan will be completely replaced with the new one, with subscribers being limited to 100 chapters per day for now. All existing subscribers should have been transferred to the new plan.
