The anime adaptation of so-ma-to’s manga is getting a second season. so-ma-to stated that it was understood there would only be one cour and with this new season, so-ma-to will have to serialize the manga and supervise the scripts but vowed to do his best.

Shikizakura Premiere Revealed
The series is set to premiere on October 9 on Chukyo TV, NTV, Akita Broadcasting System, Fukuoka Broadcasting Corporation, Kumamoto Kemnin TV, BS Nippon TV and will then stream on Hulu the day after (With other services four days later).
