Crunchyroll’s Popularity Charts
Crunchyroll just announced that excluding long running series (Like Boruto), Goblin Slayer is actually the most watched series in the entire United-States. Results in other regions of the world were more varied, with Goblin Slayer sharing the spotlight with Sword Art Online in Canada and in Central and South America as well, Europe was largely dominated by That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime while Eastern Europe was very Jojo centric with the Middle-East showing similar results to Europe and then Australia, which was all about Goblin Slayer.

Strike Witches 501 Hasshinshimasu! Debut Revealed
The upcoming entry in the Strike Witches franchise is set to start in Spring 2019 and will be an adaptation of Makoto Fujibayashi’s manga of the same name. The anime will be directed by Fumio Ito with Shinya Muramaki writing.

Fight League Gets Anime
The game Fight League: Gear Gadget Generators will be adapted into a net anime to stream on YouTube. Daisuke Nakajima will be directing while Atsuhiro Tomioka is handling series composition.

A Certain Magical Index III was Supposed to be a Reboot
Kazuma Kamachi has recently revealed in an interview with Newtype that those involved were originally considering making the new series a reboot but ultimately decided to put fans first and made a new season instead.

Black Clover is Pretty Popular
It’s always difficult to gauge the popularity of a shonen series, especially if its not One Piece or Naruto big. But it seems that Black Clover is one of TV Tokyo’s biggest titles right now. It is the station’s 4th highest grossing title, coming in right under Naruto.

Evangelion to be Re-Dubbed
Winn Lee reported on Twitter that a new dub was being made by Netflix for the series. Fans right now are a bit worried as to whether or not the original cast will come back or if the dub is even needed given that the series already has a highly regarded dub by fans.
