The event will take place from July 5 – 8 (Pre-show event on July 4) at the Los Angeles Convention Center.
This year’s Anime Expo will have a great deal of guests, the latest of which were just announced: Sayori (Nekopara illustrator) and Keito Koume (Spice & Wolf manga artist).
Events will include: U.S. premiere of Sirius the Jaeger anime (July 7), U.S. premiere of Maquia: When the Promised Flower Blooms movie (July 6), U.S. of Kase-san and Morning Glories anime, U.S. premiere of Liz and the Blue Bird movie (July 6), U.S. premiere of Kengan Ashura anime (July 7) and Monogatari art exhibition (Featuring artwork from the series’ illustrator VOFAN).

It was also recently confirmed that Atlus will be at this year’s AX 2018.
